   Hello everyone! Thank you for joining me on my journey. Wishing all of you reading this nothing but love and light.

 

   My name is Crystal Chaney. I am a certified Level 3 Master/Teacher for Usui Reiki and registered with the International Association of Reiki Practitioners (IARP). I am also certified in my Level II of the Akashic Records. Along with certification in Aromatherapy Essentials. Currently I am taking the Science And Art Of Herbalism. I am located in Millet, Alberta, Canada.

   At Altar Yourself we offer Usui Reiki sessions/workshops & Courses Level 1 through Level 3 Master/Teacher. Akashic Records Readings and Card Readings along with bonus Mediumship.

 

    I am a wife and a mother of two, this I would not trade for the world! I am also a proud Metis Woman carrying on tradition of healing. From being a young child I can always remember having intuitive thoughts, psychic dreams, feelings and interactions with those that are no longer here. As I got older and understood more of what was happening I realized that I was also empathic. Some of this is also a trait and a gift that has been brought down through previous generations. Knowing this is in my blood line I am proud and honored to carry on the work of my Ancestors.

    I was diagnosed at the age of 31 with a rare kidney disorder called Medullary Sponge Kidney (MSK) which is a congenital disorder, meaning present at time of birth. It affects the kidneys and takes calcium out of ones bones. There are no pain medications to take as they damage kidneys further. I would cry in bed every night with bone pain in my legs and could barley walk or be active with my kids. This leads into my most profound healing experience. Since doing self Reiki I have had minimal bone pain/kidney swelling and consistently go months on end with no pain compared to every single day prior to my discovery of Reiki.

    Before Reiki I worked as a Health Care Aid, followed by a Therapeutic Recreational Therapist for seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I always wished I could bring them more comfort. This was a job that always broke me inside. Now with Reiki I have finally found a way to bring more comfort, relaxation & peace of mind to people.

   When it comes to energy healing, everyone's situation and body is different. It is for this reason  I don't guarantee anything but for me it helps eliminate pain, bring peace of mind, calmness, relaxation and sleep. It helps me stay grounded, reminding me to breath, meditate and connect with our highest vibrations. It is dependent on you to be open to receive it. Whatever health issues, problems or blockages you have, be open to it and allow it to work in you. I highly recommend trying Reiki before you take any of my workshop's to see if it's for you.

 

    An amazing and miraculous energy healer by the name of Diana out of New Zealand worked on me when I was dealing with health issues. The effects of her distant healing were marvelous and I am forever thankful to Diana as she peaked my intrest in energy healing. Diana is more than a life long family friend to my family and I. She has worked on everyone in my immediate family and we are forever grateful. I have learned so much from Diana over the years. She is full of endless knowledge and wisdom and runs a successful practice at Optimum Healing Massage. Still to this day Diana and I share energy sessions and continue to support one anothers journeys.

  I officially started my journey with an amazing guide named Timmie out of Saint Albert, Alberta. She has certified me in Usui Reiki Levels 1 - 3 Master/Teacher. Along with unimaginable support and guidance above and beyond the courses. I thank Timmie for her endless support and life long friendship as well as working on my family and I when we have needed it. I will be forever grateful to Timmie for all she has opened me up to with energy healing and the connection of life long friends. 

 

   The next step on my journey was taking my Akashic Records course from the outstanding Toni out of Saint Albert, Alberta. Toni is a very talented healer of many modalities. Toni opened my universe to so many unknowns that were waiting to be discovered by me. She connected me with life long friends and I as well consider her to be a life long friend. I am forever grateful to Toni as well for the healing she has done on my family and I.​

 

 I would like to thank my family, friends and clients for supporting me and encouraging me to move forward on this journey. Without the encouragement and faith I would not have done it.
